Spanish Brown Lentils, Organic

There are several different types of brown lentils. From light brown (almost khaki-colored) to dark brown lentils (almost black in some cases), this color variety is one of the more common you’ll find. 

Spanish brown lentils, known as pardina lentils, are small, flavorful lentils that hold their shape well when cooked. They are commonly used in traditional dishes like Spanish lentil stew (lentejas), which often includes ingredients like vegetables, chorizo, and spices for a hearty meal.
