Never received it. Said it was delivered. But who knows where. Ordered it over a month ago.

We're so sorry for the wait you have experienced in receiving your package! I looked into the issue of your delivery and found that it was apparently delivered to a front desk/reception/mail room on August 21, 2025, and a 'Return to Sender Process' was begun on August 27 with the US postal system. I'm not familiar with how you usually receive your packages, but apparently someone decided after a week to return the package. Interestingly, when the package reached Denver, CO in the return route, it was sent back to Alaska, and it's now apparently sitting at a distribution center in Anchorage. We will keep an eye on it's progress. Please let us know if you receive it!
