Eden Valley Herbal Eye Support 2 oz

Ingredients: Bayberry, Eyebright, Goldenseal, Cayenne, Red Raspberry Leaf.

To make the tea: Add 2 cups boiling water to 2 tsp of the herbal mix. Steep 15 minutes. Pour tea through cheese cloth into sterile jar. Let it cool.

Directions:

1. Boil glass eye cup and small piece of cheese cloth in water for 10 minutes to sterilize. Drain water from pan and allow the cup and cloth to cool. 

After it is cool, put some of the tea in the eye cup. Hold the eye cup to your eye, tip your head back, open your eye and move eye all around. Repeat this 2-3x/treatment. Perform three treatments/day. (You will feel a slight burning in your eye from the cayenne at first, this is normal.)

2. Drink 1/2 cup of the tea morning and evening.
