Since I gave up caffeine, carob has been my go to for a Choco-like experience. I have to say, Country Life has the best carob, Eden Valley Country Store has the second best for a reasonable price. Lately I've been also looking to avoid hydrogenated products, so if that's you, you might want to grab something else. I'll still be looking for any non-hydrogenated carob products though. Mmm, a Godsend!

I have found SEVERAL brands of pasta Made In Italy is not good. Texture is tough, hard to chew, and rubbery. Some brands, even after 9 minutes when it's supposed to be done is still tough and rubbery when chewing.

2 brands of pasta I enjoyed in the past was TOLERANT and CHICKAPEA. Excellent texture. Perfect. Unfortunately, these pasta brands totally changed up the way they process it.

Today, in my quest to find a non wheat, rice, or corn pasta, I happened to purchase from Whole Foods your Veggipasta Organic Red Lentil Rotini Pasta. WHAT A RELIEF! Outstanding! Smells nice. Under 5 minutes it was done. Texture is on point. The total OPPOSITE of my highly disappointing experience with the other pasta brands I mentioned.

Well, I pray you keep the way you process your pasta the same way. Don't change a thing. Don't sell out and follow the typical trend of these standard past brands that takes 9 to 10 minute to boil with a tough rubber-like texture.

I love the produce from the farm!!! Today I enjoyed some of the meatiest tastiest tomatoes, 🍅, fresh crunchy cucumber slices 🥒, and tender steamed Swiss chard!!! Makes summer meals the best!!!
